Organizational model

Law Decree 231/2001 has introduced in our legal system a regime of administrative responsibility of companies in criminal matters. The companies’ responsibility and the relative sanction are connected to the committing of offences by individuals who hold particular positions within the company’s organization. Abiogen Pharma has drawn up its own Model of Organization, Management and Control aimed at the prevention of wrongful acts.
